A football jigs purpose is to cover water, detect bottom composition and more importantly catch bass! This jig 3 very distinct features that excels at these tasks. A concave "rocking knotch" was strategically placed to allow the jig to pivot off structure and either be shook in place or popped off the structure causing an erratic burst off the bottom. The Gamakatsu O'Shaunessy style hook does not only enable good hook sets on long casts, but also makes sure they stay pinned all the way to the boat. The skirt is a "frogs hair" fine cut silicone that takes little to no effort to cause flair and movement. Unlike rubber, it also retains durability without losing the bulky profile. We held back no punches in the designing of this jig!
